Follow the given procedure to download folders:
Select the Collection from the drop-down present at the top left-hand side of the action bar to view the folders and files under the Collection.
Select the Collection or folder (single-click on the Collection name or any folder) which you would like to download.

folder tree on the left-hand side of the screen.Once the menu opens up, click Download folder menu item. The File Download dialog box appears which asks your confirmation open or save the file.
Click Open to open the file. The ARC Turbo Accelerator dialog box appears..
Click Browse Folder. The Browse For Folders dialog box appears.
Select the location where you want to download the file and click OK. You may create a new folder as well if required.
Click Download button. The folder(s) starts downloading. The confirmation message appears after successful downloading.
